My Story: Why I Started This Business

At 65, I found myself at a crossroads. On the surface, I was approaching what many call the “golden years” a time for rest, reflection, maybe even a few holidays. But inside, I felt a growing unease. I still had so much to give, so much I wanted to learn. However, I noticed the world starting to see me differently, a little less visible, a little less valued.

I began listening to friends and peers going through similar shifts, quietly wrestling with their sense of identity after retirement, navigating new roles as carers or grandparents, adjusting to changes in long-standing relationships. Many were asking themselves: “Now what?”

It was after years of working as a transformation coach, helping people navigate major life changes that I realised that retirement is one of the biggest transitions we face. It’s more than a financial plan or a date on the calendar. It’s a profound life chapter that touches everything: your sense of self, your purpose, your freedom, your relationships and even your image in the mirror.

And so, this business was born, to help people over 60 take a breath, reflect, and take charge of their next chapter.

A New Beginning

Through my coaching, I offer a Life Audit …. a calm, compassionate space to look honestly at where you are in life: emotionally, physically, socially, mentally, and even spiritually. It is from there, we create a personalised plan that honours your values, your energy, and your dreams, whether that’s starting something new, finding peace in solitude, learning a new skill, or simply feeling heard.

My Own Challenges

Starting this business wasn’t without its hurdles. While I had the coaching experience, stepping into the world of online platforms, social media, and digital tools was a steep learning curve. However, I was determined. If I could embrace change, I knew I could help others do the same and prove that age should never be a barrier to growth.

What I Believe

I believe the over-60s are a powerhouse of wisdom, energy, creativity, and resilience. You’ve lived, you’ve learned, and now you deserve to live fully, on your own terms. My mission is to help you feel:

My Ideal Client

My ideal client is curious and courageous, someone who knows they’re entering a new season of life and wants to do it intentionally. They’re ready to explore, reflect, dream, and design a future that feels authentic and free. Quite often, once we complete the Life Audit together, they’ll light up and say, “You know… I’ve always had this dream.” And that’s where the real magic begins.

Helping someone bring that dream to life, whether big or small, is one of the greatest joys of my work.
